Six Sigma Arms Custom Firearms

We build custom firearms to our customers' exact specifications depending on their personal needs and budget. We've highlighted a few examples of our specialty AR's below. Please contact us for more information on obtaining a hand-built firearm desgined to your exact specifications.

Tactical Carbine:

This rifle was built for urban tactical application and self defense where reliability and versatility are crucial. With that application in mind this rifle features:

• EOTech 553 for rapid target acquisition. It also allows the operator to have both eyes open for full situational awareness. Compatible with night vision goggles.
• Backup Iron sights feature same plane aperture and Trijicon night sights for use in any tactical situation in case of a primary sight failure.
• Streamlight TLR-1 tactical illuminator to help positively identify targets while helping disorienting them. Utilizes the same batteries as the EOTech to reduce the amount of gear that needs to be carried.
• Magpul MIAD grip with integrated CR123 battery storage to hold extra batteries for either the EOTech or the Streamlight.
• PRI Free float hand guard reduces overall weight, improves accuracy, and helps balance the rife.
• KNS non-rotating trigger pins ensure years of dependable service by preventing wear during rapid fire situations.
• Phantom Serrated flash hider reduces muzzle flash and helps ensure suspect compliance when used as a blunt force instrument.
• Magpul UBR stock with integrated storage compartment provides for great versatility. Preset length quick adjustment goes from fully collapsed to a preset stop for rapid vehicle exit. It also features multiple sling attachment options and is sturdy enough to be used a blunt force instrument.
• Reliability enhancements include:
  • Flattop upper with M4 feed ramps for smooth and reliable feeding.
  • Mid-length gas system for proper dwell time.
  • Fully chrome lined barrel and chamber for years of dependable service.
  • Heavy duty MPI bolt with one piece gas ring and Six Sigma Ultimate Extractor Kit.
  • Chrome lined fully shrouded bolt carrier.
  • Chrome silicone heavy duty buffer spring rated at 1,000,000 actuations.

Utility Carbine:

This rifle was built as a lightweight high performance model that is designed to be carried often and/or over long distances.

• Trijicon night sights with same plane aperture for low light shooting. Rear sight folds down to allow mounting of optics without removal of the primary sight.
• Magpul MIAD grip with integrated storage for either an emergency 3 rounds or a spare bolt and firing pin.
• Light weight composite hand guards make this rifle fast handling and easy to carry.
• KNS non-rotating trigger pins ensure years of dependable service by preventing wear during rapid fire situations.
• Phantom Serrated flash hider reduces muzzle flash and helps ensure suspect compliance when used as a blunt force instrument.
• Light weight collapsible stock for smaller storage profile and easy adjustment to the shooter.
• Charging handle with big latch makes charging easy and reliable.
• Viking Tactical sling with quick adjustment for upfront carry.

Retro Rifle:

This rifle was built for a customer who wanted a familiar look and feel to his Vietnam style AR-15 with all the modern enhancements that improve reliability.

• Standard A1 style upper with 20" chrome lined barrel and integrated carry handle.
• Enhanced A2 style grip for improved handling.
• Standard A1 style sights for a familiar sight picture.
• Standard A1 bird cage style flash hider to reduce muzzle flash.
• Magpul trigger guard allows extra space for gloved shooting while retaining the classic lines of an A1 style rifle.
• Light weight composite hand guards make this rifle fast handling and easy to carry.
• Reliability enhancements include:

Varmint Rifle (AKA "The Critter Git'r"):

When you need to reach WAY out and touch something, this is the rifle you're looking for. This rifle was built for long range work where accuracy is of the utmost importance. Built as a long range varmint hunter or tack driver this rifle features:

• Leupold VX3 8.5-25x50mm scope featuring Butler Creek flip up scope caps and mounted on a GG&G riser with 30mm rings for a rock solid platform to ensure the scope holds zero properly.
• 24" HBAR chrome chambered barrel that is fully fluted for reduced weight and enhanced cooling.
• ERGO Grip tactical deluxe grip with palm shelf for a steady hold and an expanded flat bottom for support with the off hand.
• Hogue Aluminum free-float hand guard for improved accuracy and cool handling.
• Weighted A2 stock to reduce recoil and allow for lightening fast follow-up shots while improving overall balance.
• Harris full motion bi-pod with positive stops for a rock solid platform for prone or bench rest shooting.
